Where do orders ship from, and how are they packaged?
We pack every order ourselves and ship from our shop in Texas. Your order arrives in discreet packaging — no branding on the outside of the box.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? You have got 30 days from delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition.
How do I start a return?
Email brian@railarmor.store or call 254-368-3288 and we will send you a prepaid shipping label — you will not pay a cent for return shipping.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
We cover our rail covers for life against breaking. If it breaks under normal use, we will make it right — that is a promise. The finish is a wear item. It earns its character with use, and that is not covered.
What are M-LOK rail covers?
M-LOK rail covers are panels that mount to the M-LOK slots on your rifle handguard. They protect your hands from barrel heat, enhance grip, and can provide instant caliber identification.
Will Rail Armor rail covers fit my handguard?
Our covers are designed for M-LOK slots. M-LOK slots sit on 1.5 inch centers — count your open slots and place panels where your support hand naturally sits, such as the 3, 6, and 9 o clock positions.
How do M-LOK rail covers attach?
Each cover uses T-nuts that drop into the M-LOK slots. Slide the nut into the slot and rotate it 90 degrees so it catches behind the rail. Lay the cover over the seated T-nuts, thread the screws in by hand first, then tighten gradually in a star pattern until solid and rattle-free.
What tools do I need to install M-LOK rail covers?
Just the Allen wrench that comes in the box (usually 3/32 inch) — no gunsmith, no special tools. Quality covers like ours always include the hardware. It takes about five minutes for your first panel.
Do you offer engraved or personalized rail covers?
Yes. We offer customizable options including blank customizable covers and caliber ID plates, plus designs like our Bible Verses cover.
